Customer service was awesome I came in with a messed up haircut and rachel said she could fix it and did! I complained too much but they were patient with me and fixed me up. Thanx sports clips meridian

Usually a very frustrating experience. Electronic “sign-in” system gives approximate wait time which is off by 30 minutes or more. Many customers find system difficult so stylists have to leave their clients to assist them causing more delays. Up-selling gets tiresome. Owner removed some chairs in waiting area for Christmas tree-nice touch but no where to sit while waiting for an hour. Generally mismanaged, owner could use a good management consultant. Staff training could be improved. Everything moves very slow. Stylists are mostly polite and hard working and do a good job. As a fellow customer, would ask that we tip them for their work. I have a feeling that most of the profits go to the owner and Sport Clips corporate and not the staff who earn it. Stylists turnover is high.
